The lack of mandatory Honest Labelling for all products other than shell eggs means that low-welfare products can be misleadingly labelled and promoted as higher welfare to consumers, and to the detriment of millions of factory farmed animals. The public overwhelming supports transparent labels but now we need to get Parliament on board.
