Take action for Honest Labelling

Email the Secretary of State

One year after their 'Fairer Food Labelling' consultation closed, the Government has still made no plans to change our misleading food labels.

Right now, there are many deceptive labels that disguise the horrors of factory farming. In fact, terms like ‘farm fresh’ and images of idyllic countryside can be used on products even if they were factory farmed!

As the Government shapes its animal welfare strategy and as new food, farming, land use, and trade policies emerge, it’s crucial that they remember that mandatory method of production labelling must be part of the picture.

Please email the UK Government to remind them that the public is still waiting for Honest Labelling!
